JB Airsoft ships to United States addresses only.All orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Postal Service (USPS). All in-stock orders ship out within 24-36 hours of payment receipt.Return and refund policies vary depending on the product purchased. All sales of low-cost, entry level airsoft guns are final. If you receive a defective unit out of the box, you can return it to us for a replacement within 5 days of the products delivery confirmation date. We reserve the right to deny any return request if we determine the product was broken as a result of use.
